About the author


Hi, I’m Amanda, and I’m passionate about helping people transform their lives through health, fitness, and holistic wellness. With over 20 years of experience, I’ve dedicated my career to empowering others to take control of their well-being and create sustainable, healthy lifestyles. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Community Health with a focus on exercise physiology and nutrition, as well as a Master’s in Business Administration.

My journey has taken me from competing and winning gold at the American Open in women’s weightlifting to completing 10+ half marathons and tackling Spartan races. Along the way, I’ve earned certifications as a Youth Performance Trainer, Nutrition Specialist, Personal Trainer, and more. These experiences, combined with my love for coaching and mentoring, have fueled my mission to make health and wellness approachable and achievable for everyone.
